Standard check-in starts at 2 PM. Check-out is by 12 PM. Need extra time? Just ask.

Yes. We partner with local artists and guides to offer curated tours and experiences just for you.

Do you provide WiFi?

Of course. Free and fast throughout the hotel. Stream, scroll or Zoom call without a hitch.

Can I request specific items for my room before I arrive?

We encourage it. Whether it’s a specific type of pillow or local snacks that meet your dietary needs, just let us know in your pre-arrival survey.

Can I drop my bags before my room is ready?

Absolutely. We’ll keep them safe while you explore the neighborhood cafés and galleries.

Is there a fitness or wellness space?

Yes, we've partnered with Mello (Bali's go-to wellness spa) to bring you a curated list of treatments right at our hotels.

Are the rooms smoke-free?

Yes, our rooms are proudly non-smoking.
