A Guest Relations Agent provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as needed.
What will you be doing? As Guest Relations Agent, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as needed. A Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries promptly and efficiently.
· Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out, and complete audit procedures, as needed.
· Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Night Duty Supervisor are fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments.
· Always show a prominent level of customer service
· Attend proper training courses, when needed, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts.
· Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
· Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
· Use the correct procedures for the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash following the hotel credit policy.
· Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
· Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
· Follow company brand standards.
· Assist other departments, as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities
· Maintain cleanliness standards based on villa SOP
· Inspect rooms before and after guest check-in/check-out
· Report any damages or maintenance issues
· Prepare rooms for VIP and long-stay guests
B. Gardener Responsibilities
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the garden and outdoor areas of the villa to keep them clean, healthy, and visually attractive.

What will you be doing?

A Night Duty Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
