The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences while meeting operational targets and objectives.
What will you be doing?
As the General Manager of the hotel, you are responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Lead hotel operations, projects, and initiatives in line with brand standards.
- Generate profitability by analysing trends, occupancy, rates, and controllable operating expenses.
- Oversee and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and related Food and Beverage services.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and product quality across operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, review feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Management and ownership budget, ensuring expenses remain within set targets.
- Report effectively to ownership in a managerial capacity.
- Recruit, coach, and develop your team, supporting career growth.
- Conduct regular communication, pre-shift briefings, and team meetings.
- Incorporate guest feedback into continuous service and operational improvements.
- Foster strong collaboration across all departments to deliver seamless service.
- Sourcing and managing of external customers and suppliers.
- Ensure team members comply with government, security, fire, and all health and safety legislations and regulations.
- Utilise and monitor property management systems.

- Strong Knowledge of Hotel systems; preferably Cloudbeds, Xero, PMS, Duetto OTA’S Platforms systems, etc.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience as General Manager or Front Office Manager required
- Previous experience operating in Hong Kong environment favourably looked upon

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary operations and creative vision. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, staff training, food quality control, and maintaining the highest standards of cuisine. You will oversee all kitchen operations, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure consistency across all dishes served.
What will you be doing?
- Develop, design, and update menus in line with the restaurant concept and seasonal availability
- Oversee all kitchen operations and manage the entire culinary team
- Create recipes, cooking methods, and presentation standards for all dishes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie positions
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage food costs, control waste, and maintain profitability targets
- Source and select quality ingredients and manage supplier relationships
- Maintain inventory records and oversee stock rotation (FIFO)
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Plan and execute special events, tasting menus, and promotional dishes
- Collaborate with management on restaurant strategy and business goals
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to SOPs
- Lead by example and maintain a positive kitchen culture
What are we looking for?
- Culinary degree or equivalent advanced professional training 5+ year's experience
- Proven track record as Head Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining or upscale establishments
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, international cuisines, and modern cooking methods
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Expertise in menu planning, cost control, and kitchen operations management
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and all health regulations
- Proficiency with kitchen management systems and inventory software
- Creative mindset with passion for culinary innovation and excellence
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm and professionalism
- Food safety certification and current knowledge of food service regulations required
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English proficiency required
